1. Take off protective cap of conical fitting and connect the fitting with syringe needle or infusion needle.
2. Take off protect cap of the closure-piercing device and connect the closure-piercing device with infusion container.
3. Turn the flow regulator on and let the liquid of graduated burette infuse into infusion tube.
4. Keep the liquid level in graduated burette to 2/3 of burette height, exhaust all the air in the tube, then, turn the flow regulator off.
5. Disinfect skin and start vein puncture under the requirement.
6. Turn the flow regular on when the blood gets into infusion needle tube.
7. Fix the infusion needle, adjust infusion drip speed and start vein drip.
8. Absorb required medicine by syringe set, sterilize the medicine injection set located on the top of graduated burette by iodine and inject medicine of the syringe set into graduated burette, when additional medicine is needed.
