Disposable Humidifier is used to add humidity to a patient’s inspired breathing gases. Disposable Humidifier consists of humidifier adaptor, oxygen tube connector and the bottle body. Humidifier Adaptor is made of polypropylene (PP) materials. The humidifier body is integrally formed by injection molding and comorises an air inlet. An air outlet and a storage bottle. The humidifier body is made of polypropylene (PP) material.

3. Feature of Disposable Humidifier
● Equipped with oxygen tube connector: Bending design Easy to use.
● Corner free humanized design. The bottle body is transparent and easy to observe the inside.
● The humidifying liquid is sterile. No added ingredients. Specially used for inhalation therapy.
● With audible waring system to give an alarm when the gas flow is too low or the tube is blocked. Alarm triggered when oxygen flow rate is less than 0.5 LPM.
4. Direction for use of Disposable Humidifier
● Thread the Humidifier Adaptor onto the bottle and tighten.
● To open the bottle, snap the outlet trigger upwards. CAUTION: Do not twist.
● Thread the Humidifier Adaptor to the flow-meter and tighten. CAUTION: Do not over tighten wring nut.
● Verify audible alarm from the Humidifier Adaptor indicates high pressure, inside the bottle. Inspect the system for blockage or a kinked tube.
● Attach supply tubing to the bottle outlet.
● Turn on the flow-meter and verify the flow of gas through the device.
