Product Introduction
The arterial cannula is intended for indwelling in the human peripheral venous vessels, serving as a means for multipe, continuous infusion, blood transfusion, or drug injection. It can also be used for arterial pressure monitoring and arterial blood gas detection. The indwelling time is 72 hours, and it can withstand a pressure of 300 PSI.

Feature
● It features a unique flow control switch that can control the opening and closing of the fluid pathway, facilitating repeated arterial blood gas monitoring.
● It enables continuous real-time blood pressure monitoring and repeated arterial blood sampling.
● Diagnostic information is obtained through arterial waveform analysis.
● Avoids failure in indirect blood pressure measurement.
Direction for used
● Select a puncture site on the patient's arm and disinfect the skin.
● Open the packaging shell, remove the indwelling needle and take the needle body out of the protective sleeve.
● Keep the needle bevel facing upwards, insert the needle into the skin, and guide the catheter into the blood vessel. Once the needle penetrates the vessel, partially withdraw the needle, holding the needle hub while simultaneously holding the catheter hub wings to keep it stable.
● Retract the catheter until blood return is observed (indicating that the catheter tip has entered the vascular lumen). Slowly advance the catheter into the blood vessel while fully withdrawing the needle and needle hub, leaving the catheter partially indwelling in the patient's blood vessel. At this point, push the switch (red) forward to close the catheter.
● Connect the prepared extension tube or the interface of the monitoring kit to the back end of the indwelling needle catheter hub.
● Push the switch (red) backward to operate. After confirming successful catheter insertion by aspirating blood, flush the system with normal saline.
● Fix the catheter with sterile dressing. If using a suture to secure the catheter, only suture through the holes on the wings of the catheter hub.
● When not injecting or aspirating through the catheter, close the switch and regularly check the catheter puncture site.
